General Terms & Conditions of Air Charters

• Charter Flights are availed on hourly basis (flying hour) and quote will be based on general waiting time (Exclusive of Night stay / Day stay) with or without ferry charges.

• Please note that the helicopters have practically little baggage space,  hence small baggage would be permissible on Board (should be confirmed prior to booking).

• Akinos flights cant be held responsible for reasons beyond its control (Trip may be postphoned / cancelled due to ATC clearance / density of air traffic / wind and weather conditions etc) or the actual flying time is longer than the indicated time.

• For confirmation of trip, we require 100% advance.

Payment Terms

1. 100% advance payment should be made before 24 hours of actual Trip.

2. Payment can be made either by Cash/ Cheque / Credit card / DD in favour of 'Akinos Flights', payable at Hyderabad.

3. In case of DD/Cheque , Trip is confirmed only  if cheque or DD is cleared.

4. Payment can be wire transferred to the Akinos flights.

5. Payment would have to be made on the basis of actual flying / overnight halt / waiting etc.
