General Terms & Conditions of Air Charters
- Charter Flights are availed on hourly basis (flying hour) and quote will be based on general waiting time (Exclusive of Night stay / Day stay) with or without ferry charges.
- Please note that the helicopters have practically little baggage space, hence small baggage would be permissible on Board (should be confirmed prior to booking).
- Akinos flights cant be held responsible for reasons beyond its control (Trip may be postphoned / cancelled due to ATC clearance / density of air traffic / wind and weather conditions etc) or the actual flying time is longer than the indicated time.
- For confirmation of trip, we require 100% advance.
Payment Terms
- 100% advance payment should be made before 24 hours of actual Trip.
- Payment can be made either by Cash/ Cheque / Credit card / DD in favour of 'Akinos Flights', payable at Hyderabad.
- In case of DD/Cheque , Trip is confirmed only if cheque or DD is cleared.
- Payment can be wire transferred to the Akinos flights.
- Payment would have to be made on the basis of actual flying / overnight halt / waiting etc.
